Trying out some cool effects. Two different colors of light source in this piece, kinda interesting. I used a cool custom brush for the clouds in the background.

I think the cloud effect turned out nicely! You kept the appearance of the brush repetition to a minimum. But perhaps next time, break the line up a bit and or make it more variant in thickness (the yellow highlights). If not, then it looks mechanical because the 'brush stroke' becomes more apparent and can also flatten the piece out.

Great high contrast colors for the lightning. It good to see it not 'compete' with the white of her hair. But maybe lower the opacity a bit to give off more color from the BG. Even if it's only over/around the hands. This will enhance the energy of the lightning more rather than weigh it down by having such solid (high opacity) colors.

Your choice of knockouts are nice. Glad to see you kept the black f the costume. That contrasts well with all the light colors happening in the piece.

Overall, nice combination of effects, textures and color choices!
