Some jerk is selling an image I created!

I took pictures of Johnny from the Goo Goo Dolls and compiled them into a new image...this
image. Then, I stumbled across this auction on ebay. It's obviously the same picture!

But, I don't know if I technically have rights to the image...I mean, I know I created it, but I created it from other peoples' pictures. Can I claim the image as mine? What can I do to this guy to get him to quit selling my work?

A little advice would be wonderful!! Help me!

Life is good. Class and studying takes up about 80% of my time...10% goes to tv watching and cleaning...the other 10% is happily given to my Jon. So, that doesn't leave a whole lot of time for comic strips or coloring or any personal artistic endeavors. ...Unless I cut out some other thing I should be doing.

I'll try to do a comic strip...once a week. Try being the operative word there.

Hello everyones!

You'll never guess what I did last night!! I painted!! An asian chick with a sword. In full color. With an ACTUAL paintbrush with ACTUAL paint! ...You must understand I'm a strictly digital artist...normally. I've really been wanting to sit down and paint something or just use some "real" media to do SOMEthing. I probably wouldn't have because I have a huge list of people's line art that I SO want to color.... but, that requires a computer....

My computer has finally given up the ghost and my only hope is that it will stay on long enough for me to put some art-y files that I need onto a disk. Then, I'm going to wipe the whole thing clean..... at this point, once I finally get it to load up, it just randomly either shuts off or freezes up.

Sad sad times....

But anyways, once that's done I can color ALL the pretty pictures and scan in my painting!

By the way, if you are reading this and you have something you'd just love to see colored, Mention it to me! I'll throw it on the list!
